Church planting statistics reveal that a church that begins with a group of at least 41 workers has a much greater chance of making it to self-sufficiency. Those churches who have started with 40 or less have a more difficult time. We have begun the process of meeting people and inviting them to join our team. This will be one of my tasks over the next few weeks to try and build a 'Launch Team' of people to help make Two Rivers Church a reality.
